Senior Pastor

Terry & Nadine have been pastors at Quest since 1988. They have 1 grown son Anthony.

This is their 4th Senior Pastor position. They also pastored Temple Terrace 1st Assembly of God in Temple Terrace, FL; Hartford 1st Assembly of God in Hartford, AL; and Sonrise Worship Center in Arcadia, FL. He got his start as a Youth Pastor under his father at Pleasant Grove Assembly of God in Durant, FL.

He earned his B.A. in Theology from Faith Theological Seminary in 1995.

Pastor

Anthony & Heather have been on pastoral staff at Quest since 2005. They have 2 daughters, Zoë & Riley.

Heather has overseen the nursery and children’s programs since 2003. Anthony previously served here as Associate Pastor for four years and as Youth pastor for three years in the mid 1990’s.

He earned his B.A. in Church Ministries with a Pre-Seminary concentration from Southeastern University in 1998.
She earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Southeastern University in 1999.

Associate Pastor

John & Melanie McRae became Associate Pastors at Quest in 2009. John & Melanie have a son, Samuel.

John has attended Quest @ Kingsway since 1990, and is a member of Quest’s Advisory Board. Melanie began attending Quest @ Kingsway after she and John became engaged in December 2006. Before that she was heavily involved in the music ministry at Bell Shoals Baptist. She currently sings in the Ensemble and regularly sings solo’s on Sunday mornings.

Before becoming Associate Pastors, John & Melanie were each involved in other ministries. John was the Children’s Pastor at Quest for nearly 5 years, and Melanie was in the choir at Bell Shoals, sang in a Ladies Ensemble, and was involved in a Ladies Small Group.

He earned his B.A. in Finance from University of South Florida in 2003.
She earned her B.A. in Communications from Lee University in 2001.

Youth Pastor

Dave & Kim have been the Youth Pastors at Quest since 2005. They have a son, Ezekiel.

Dave & Kim have been involved in a variety of youth groups in an advisory and support role, most recently as an integral part to the development of the youth program at Real Life Church in Tampa.

He earned his B.A. in Church Ministries with a Pre-Seminary Concentration and Minors in Greek and English graduated from Southeastern University in 1999.
She earned her Certificate of Completion in Commercial Art from Marchman Technical Education Center in 1995, and she also studied at Trinity College where she majored in Biblical Studies with a Youth Ministry minor.
